Met customer-mandated CRM application functionality through the rapid development/deployment of incremental CRM features and functions. Developed close client relationships, conducting primary and secondary research to select appropriate CRM software. Re-engineered business processes, developing data-flow diagrams to meet clients’ emerging business needs. Managed and produced total cost of ownership budgets and management reporting for ERP and CRM business cases.
