Daily Duties at Brunswick Boat Group :
Lead all project management for the IT Department, planning and controlling project activities to improve and deliver technology services. Originate best practices and adhere to PMI-PMBOK Standard to ensure ongoing projects’ progress. Conduct PMI-OPM3 ProductSuite Assessment of company project management capabilities, focusing on standardizing, measuring, controlling and improving project, program and portfolio management maturity. Establish central project repositories and websites while partnering with interdisciplinary project teams. Recruit PMP-certified employees to manage strategic initiatives. Develop new policies for and approaches to information technology and project management, aligning initiatives with business needs and acquiring up-to-date software as needed. Train more than 100 division members in project management support using personalized methods. Manage 8 direct reports while partnering closely with clients and management and overseeing a $2 million departmental budget.
