Daily Duties at Family Health Center, Inc.:
Broad administrative support to the Medical Director. Improved the structure and held responsible for the proficient oversight of Provider Health Plan Credentialing. Calendar maintenance. Spearheaded the successful “Back to School” program and managed all stages of the project from initial planning, budget management, and coordination with marketing, public relations, and community leaders. Domestic travel planning. Company wide event planning and coordination. Functioned as liaison between a team of 14 providers, the Board of Directors, and Quality Assurance Committees. Managed and maintained communication with hospitals, media, and professional peers for community events. Assisted in coordinating programs and directly interacted with patients and community members on a daily basis. Trained office personnel on Microsoft Office applications. Liaison with Department of Justice. Internet research. Actively performed other duties as required, such as co-management of special projects, payroll administration, and other human resources functions.
