Daily Duties at Compass Bank:
I managed all branch functions and had ultimate responsibility for achievement of sales goals and operational activities. I worked to develop new business with outside sales calls and worked with staff to maximized existing client relationships by providing excellent customer service. Meet with staff weekly to go over branch goals and review any issues. I promoted a positive image in the community by actively participating in Business Networking Organizations. I oversaw administration of all personnel issues including interviewing new hires, and documenting inadequacy within existing staff.
