Daily Duties at Am South Bank:

I managed all branch functions and had ultimate responsibility for achievement of sales goals, operational activities and quality service goals. I worked to develop new business with outside sales calls and worked with staff to maximized existing client relationships by cross selling bank products. Meet with staff weekly to go over branch goals and review any issues. I promoted a positive image in the community by actively participating in Chamber function, Junior Achievement activities and Business Networking Organizations. I oversaw administration of all personnel issues including interviewing new hires, and documenting inadequacy within existing staff.
