Daily Duties at Titanium Solutions:
Meet with homeowners to inform them of their options to maintain their home. Each case is different. In some cases assist them in completing documentation that is required for a loan modification. In some cases I connect them to their lenders to help in the process. If a resolution can not be achieve to keep them in their home then I explain the short sale process and help them until the home is sold.
