Daily Duties at Latter & Blum, Inc.:
As an independent contractor I performed all functions of a small business such as marketing, budget, business development, and customer service. I meet with prospective clients to access their needs and ability to best determine if we could meet their goal of home ownership, or selling their existing residence. I analyzed market data in pricing homes for sale as well as to determine the appropriate offer price. I negotiated contracts, coordinated activities with lenders, home inspectors, attorneys, and other agents to insure a smooth closing. I kept up with economic activities and changes in real estate market and maintained current licenses with regard to continuing education classes.
