This was accomplished through a complete restructure of the finance and accounting departments and increased work with the sales department interface. • Installed and implemented new Information System base, avoiding any downtime or interruption in business. • Increased individual customer profitability an average of 20% after implementing a product/customer profitability analysis. • Saved company $2.5 million annually after developing and implementing a plan to eliminate an unprofitable division. • Developed and managed a sales/financial program that dramatically improved sales levels through development of the national accounts division which resulted in a 35% company-wide sales increase.
