Daily Duties at Westwood College:
• Developed a business plan and implementation program to double the number of programs currently offered at the campus. • Installed inventory and student use tracking system which significantly improved accuracy and the ability to determine current student’s status. • Re-structured financial aid department to reduce processing time by 60 days and past due levels by 70%. • Implemented income/cost model which allowed the campus to attain its year-end financial goals despite reduced student population. • Developed new budget models which were implemented through out all aviation colleges within the Alta system.
