Daily Duties at Colorado Restaurant Management:
• All operations and tax reporting for 61 stores in multiple states. • Excellent knowledge of the complete Great Plains Accounting software including the implementation of the receivables module. Well versed in the Aloha POS system at both a corporate and store level. • Complete financial reporting for all Colorado operations which included four separate legal entities with differential ownership. • Revised in store inventory and P & L tracking for use and review at both the store and corporate level. • Created the cash receipts/general ledger department from the ground up including the increase of stores from 18 to 61 over a 90 day time period. • Revenue, sales, inventory, cost of goods sold (including ideal), and new store development including startup. • Implementation and conversion to Great Plains Accounting system.
