Daily Duties at Mountain States Bank:
• Preparation, completion and analysis of monthly board of directors report. • Preparation, completion and submission to the Federal Reserve Board the quarterly Call Report. This report is bankings' equivalent of the SEC 10Q and 10K. • Daily review of portfolio yields, cost of funds and key account yields. • Improved internal control through restructuring workflow and duties both within and outside the department. • Automated monthly governmental reporting procedures. • Complete daily management of the accounting department along with regular training classes for both the department and key other areas within the bank. • Securities portfolio management, review and maintaining regulatory liquidity and pledged securities requirements.
