Daily Duties at Vertex/First Revenue Assurance:

• Hands on control of all daily accounting and financial operations. • Weekly, monthly and annual reporting of financial results for the organization to parent company and investors. • Development, preparation and presentation of forecasts and budgets to North American division and foreign headquarters. • Governmental licensing and legal review. • Audit and SOX compliance for internal controls and primary contact with outside CPA firm. • Payroll administration on a multi-state/multi-organizational basis. • Accounting and payroll system conversions. • Management of all banking and financial institution relationships.
