• Corporate Finance Support – investment due diligence, real estate due diligence, financial modeling, banking relationships and risk management including general liability, product liability, and employee/employment related issues. • Budgeting and cash flow planning for the primary investment company, the subsidiary LLC entities and Joint Ventures initiated by the parent company. • Assure compliance with all operating, joint venture and partnership agreements as well as banking and financial covenants. • Governmental licensing and legal review. • Financial system planning, development and maintenance for all entities. • Management of all banking and financial institution relationships including both domestic and international institutions. • Financial statement preparation, review and consolidation as well as specialized pro forma financials.
