Designed four differently patterned microfludic devices using AutoCAD and Fused Deposition Modeling. Tested mirofludic devices by calculating fluid intensities using fluoresce microscopy and ImageJ software. Worked as part of a group in order to design, build, test, document, and accomplish all goals of the project. Understood the properties of ABS polymer and workings of the FDM machine to build microfluidic devices.
