Designed a pressure chamber using AutoCAD to conduct fluid flow experiments on collapsible tubes. Conducted background research on properties of biological fluids, human brain vasculature and pressures. Performed various experiments to understand the effects of transmural pressures on human brain vasculature. Worked as part of a team to accomplish significant and accurate results associated with the experiments. Created two-dimensional brain vasculature networks using Fluent, ImageJ and other proprietary software. Reconstructed three dimensional models of a rat brain using MRI data and MIMICS and Fluent software.
