Daily Duties at Walden University:
Held full accountability for management and growth of faculty orientation and development, along with Center for Teaching and Learning. Conducted regular assessments of teaching and learning environment within the University and developed new programs and processes, ensuring continuous improvement in institutional effectiveness. Co-developed and served as sole instructor for Undergraduate Faculty Orientation, co-developed and taught New Faculty Orientation, managed facilitation of all faculty training courses, and ensured appropriate staffing.
