Daily Duties at Apollo Group/University Of Phoenix:

Responsible for planning and supervising the installation of nine (9) Inter-Tel Premier 2460 Electronic key systems for the Western divisions of the University of Phoenix. Directly supervised the installation of two ESP-DX 400 PBX systems which served over 500 users in Apollo Group’s corporate office in Phoenix, Az. I tracked all the service calls at all locations, scheduled service for remote locations as necessary, performed all PBX and voicemail administration and most of the adds, moves, and changes at the Phoenix corporate office.
