Daily Duties at Maricopa Community Colleges:
Responsible for managing the installation of the voice/data station and feed cabling for two (2) 500 port NEAX 2400 IMS PBX systems, two Xiox Call Accounting systems and two Octel voicemail systems. Other duties included full responsibility for the function of twelve (12) NEAX PBXs and associated voicemail units and call accounting systems, support of all call accounting systems (NEC Astra and Xiox), supervision of two full time technicians during their performance of all adds, moves, changes, and service calls on these twelve (12) large systems, writing and implementing specialized call routing applications for the Octel voicemail systems, planning and implementation of specialized telecommunications projects (touchtone student registration using an RS-6000 host as an IVR).
