Supervised voice, data, network, and video equipment repair district-wide. Developed service policies, service level agreements and procedures; coordinated training of the staff on voice, data, and video equipment. Maintained relationships with outside firms for parts and repair modules; wrote bid documents and purchased voice, data, network and video equipment. Supervised staff of ten (10) telecommunications, computer, network and video technicians. Wrote scope of work for Rio Salado College’s new building cable plant and PBX and issued the RFP for the new voice and data cabling, phone and voicemail systems
