Daily Duties at Apollo Group/University Of Phoenix:
Supervised staff of eight (8) individuals who scheduled and performed moves, adds, changes, service and for the installed base of forty four (44) InterTel telephone and voicemail systems nation wide including the ESPDX 832, 416, and 256, the IMX 2460, 1224, 612 and the Axxess hybrid digital key system. Voicemail systems supported included AVT, Active Voice (Repartee and Replay Plus), Envoy, Expression, and Axxessory Talk. Also assisted with scripting for EDIFY IVR system. Provided strategic direction for upgrade of voice communications systems, dealt with voice and data cable vendors to facilitate more cost effective cabling by having voice and data cables installed by the same vendor. Worked with local exchange carriers and inter-exchange carriers to negotiate the best possible rates for voice and data services.
