Daily Duties at Intellitech Communications Group:
Received calls from customer base of over 1000+ Avaya, Intertel and Vodavi customers. Determined appropriate course of action and utilized Tiger Paw software to schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls on a daily basis. Coordinated all service and add/move/change work performed by 4 technicians. Ordered and received all equipment required to perform work; responsible for returning defective equipment to manufacturer. Issued all new telco orders and all requests for telco repair. Responsible for interfacing with all telco vendor to ensure prompt repair of installed circuits.
