Daily Duties at Lending Space Inc:

Project: Credit Report System (CRS) This System provides merged or unmerged credit report for a specific Credit Request. It also allows users to select any specific credit bureau among the list of requested credit bureaus. I was responsible for developing this Interface with all different vendors, creating business rules while transformation, creating auto generated liabilities from credit trade lines based on the customer requirements. Was responsible for gathering user requirements, convert them into business and technical flow diagrams, and fit them into existing software architecture. Involved in all different phases of software life cycle like Design, Development, Implementation, Deployment and Testing. It was created using JSP as a presentation layer, JRun 3.1 as a application server and Top link as another server to hide the database from external java classes and database caching and performance. Sql server 2000 is the prime backend database for this system. Developed Servlets at server side for handling requests and responses from web page, developed JSP with Stored Procedures for a web-based optimization application. Created UML Activity Diagram in Rational Rose. CRS is dealing with so many different vendors such as Experian, Landsafe, Equifax, TransUnion, and Factual Data and so on. To deal with different data formats and different communication protocols of each vendor, I have created custom connection API and transformation API. Communication API has different methods, which can handle communication through any communication protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, Socket, FTP and X12. Transformation API has different methods, which can handle any to any transformation such as XML To XML, XML to HTML, XML to Text, XML to DB, Text to XML, DB to XML or EDI to XML, which uses XSLT as input. Have created XSLT different vendors to convert their data into our XML format, to create a request XML from database and to create text files from response XML. Implemented Synchronized/Asynchronized Queues and Topics using JMS architecture. Worked very closely with our credit vendors – Experian, Equifax, TransUnion, Credco and Landsafe to understand their request and response data and convert those into our standard (based on MISMO 1.1) request and response format. Built evaluation engine to generate the overall delinquency based on credit tradelines and public records Built the generic logic to calculate the credit score based on different values from Loan Origination System and Borrowers Information. Environment: JSP, Servlet, SQL Server 2000, JDBC, JRUN3.1, Java SDK2.1, FioranoMQ 6,UNIX, Linux XMLSpy, XML, XSL, XSLT, Data Mirror 2.1, BEA Weblogic
