Daily Duties at Harris Semiconductor:
Responsible for the design and development of high performance, high-reliability, radiation-hardened BiCMOS power management circuits (rad-hard ASICs) from feasibility to release to production. These responsibilities included concept development, product design, including schematic capture, simulation and supervising the circuit layout, and product performance verification and validation. Duties also including preparing and leading design reviews (PDR and CDR), documentation of the design cycle, and working with the test engineers on the test plan. All of these designs followed Mil-Std documentation, procedures and techniques.
