Directed a team of 18 analysts and programmers developing requirement definitions, functional specifications, program code, test case scenarios and implementing and maintaining a nationwide three-tiered client/server Vehicle Maintenance System. Specific responsibilities follow: • Delivered software releases with modifications required to support immediate business needs. • Developed and maintained financial data aggregation applications on IBM client/server, AS/400 and mainframe environments. • Developed the project scope definition, system specifications, managed the program coding and testing effort, field implementation and post-implementation support.
