Specific responsibilities included: • Managed multiple consulting engagements and project teams working on Year 2000 remediation with responsibility for P&L by project, project management and control, liaison with client management, resource management and control, creation and review of project deliverables. • Directed the merger of information technology functions for two $500M catalog mail order companies to an IBM mainframe including the infrastructure design and implementation of a single sales order web site. • Managed the planning, design and implementation of an internet application supporting the sales efforts of a $1 billion mail order catalog business. • Planned, designed and implemented an internet application supporting the sales efforts of a book publishing company.
