Planned, designed, implemented, supported and controlled the budget for the hardware infrastructure and software application support for a worldwide Ecommerce private banking asset management application. Directed up to 20 personnel located in major data centers in Miami, New York, London, Hong Kong and Geneva. Responsible for all application configuration management processes at the international development sites. Featured accomplishments follow: • Directed the infrastructure implementation supporting the worldwide asset management application including network and telecommunications planning and design, equipment procurement, installation, testing and support. • Managed the process of delivering Java based Ecommerce application releases to worldwide locations throughout the development stages. • Managed a configuration management function including documentation control, software releases, build processes for application software, specifications and design documents in the US, Europe and Asia. • Directed day-to-day operations of the production support process for domestic and international ECommerce website operations with responsibility for 24 X 7 coverage and maintenance of strict SLA guidelines. • Implemented a real-time process notification system using a scheduling master application (Tivoli) with agents located at critical data centers. • Directed the team responsible for monitoring security access and user authorization to Internet-based enterprise applications and datamarts populated with legacy system data.
