Daily Duties at Adams Mark Hotels :
chef in charge of three meal period resterant. Daily responsibilities include suprevision of all food productions ,food requisitoins ,inventory ,and corperate food safe practices. The kitchen also produces food for Inroom Dinning,as well as two bars. manages a staff of 9 cooks and 3 stewards
