Led a $12M/month cash processing department with 6 direct reports providing cash intake for a group of 400 credentialed physicians under the umbrella of Lehigh Valley Health Network. Held monthly meetings with the Corporate Controller and Executive Vice President of Finance to review financials and provide key support to month-end close. Reconciled banking and outstanding checks. Tracked multimillion dollar facilities and construction projects and committed capital and fixed asset schedules. Played an essential role in developing cost center operating budgets as Finance Partner. • Verified and reconciled computer inventory in a project encompassing 70 cost centers and approximately 2,500 pieces of equipment in 9 months while also managing a full workload. • Designed and deployed a new, integrated process for reconciling multiple accounts within a large managed account and documented it to facilitate scalability for rapidly growing transaction volume. • Named the point person, trainer, and super-user for StrataCap.net and StrataTrak.net.
