• Design and implement statistical reporting systems with the usage of multiple regression analysis, practices, and procedures which result in directly influencing stakeholder’s business decisions. • Determine appropriate data sources and methods of analysis, including procurement of data sources and documenting methodologies and data. • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, and general business. Forecast analysis used a series of multiple regressions to determine trends and impact of certain variables versus others and therefore determine a strategy to follow for the selling or purchasing business. All analysis was run on SAS 9.0. Notable Contributions • Identified, prepared feasibility studies, and provided analysis on 65 different small and mid-market businesses which resulted in Senior Broker listing nine of the business for sale and the successful sale of eight of them with total revenue exceeding $7.5 million in acquisition price. • Provided extensive market analysis for UBSS Private Equity Group in the Fire and Alarm, Safety, and Fiber Optic market which resulted in delivery of the best acquisition strategies including the selection and incorporation of appropriate technology that maximized the return on investment. • Researched and identified acquisition opportunities for corporations, equity groups, venture capitalists, investment banking firms and high net-worth individuals. Provided broker with competitive market analysis including identifying or reporting on potential buyers for listed businesses.
