Assistant to the Senior Portfolio Manager and the Wealth Management Specialist for the Washington D.C. office of a multinational investment management firm with approximately $800 billion dollars under management and over 5000 employees. - Built investment planning analyses for clients using AllianceBernstein’s Wealth Forecasting Analysis investment planning software (based on Monte Carlo or simulation-based planning). - Created, implemented and managed Wealth Forecasting Analysis workflow policies and procedures for the Washington, D.C. office. - Created policies and procedures to facilitate Senior Portfolio Manager’s workflow. - Performed all administrative duties including: answering the phones, making travel arrangements, generating expense reports, scheduling and organizing meetings, managing the calendar and coordinating events.
