Daily Duties at Applied Systems:
• Applied System Software is proprietary software for insurance agents and brokers who have automated their offices with Applied Systems software. • Provided telephone support with solutions for usability issues by searching Applied System’s extensive database to find and apply the correct software patch to solve the user’s specific problem. • Corrected problems directly on the customer’s system with PC ANYWHERE software designed to allow direct access to computers
