Resolutions of Windows XP and Apple Leopard 10.6 software issues resolved over the phone, or by site visit. • Break-fix experience and re-imaging with SONY, IBM, DELL and COMPAQ notebooks, and desktops • Re-Imaged MAC OS X for MAC iBook G4, Mac Book Pro, and iMac Computers • Provided support for Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Adobe CS3 Photoshop, Camera RAW, Lightroom 2 and Apple Aperture. • Support email for Microsoft Outlook 2003 for Windows, Mail and Entourage for Mac OS X.4. & OS X.5 • Conduct training of personnel in Microsoft Office 2003, Adobe Photoshop CS3, Lightroom 2
