• Interacted with casting directors, managers, publicists, studio executives and clients • Covered episodic television shows which included submitting and pitching clients, setting audition appointments and negotiating deals • Created and maintained pilot grid for entire agency • Supervised and trained talent floaters • Wrote coverage on scripts, tracked projects and updated project grid • Compiled and distributed recasting lists, casting director lists, movie premiere lists and television show taping schedule weekly for all agents • Performed general assistant duties such as answering heavy phones, rolling calls, maintaining actively casting lists and project notes, and completing booking slips
