Daily Duties at Invista:

Spearheaded and oversaw the complex supply chain process of products being outsourced from Asia, leading vendor relations, A/P, logistics, inventory control, international business relations, and process re-engineering. Helmed knowledge and expertise of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS). Key Accomplishments: • Structured and launched an order-to-cash process by sourcing Asian-produced goods through a subsidiary in Singapore; secured an additional $100K/year in revenues. • Established strategic production plans to exit a site with capacity exceeding 75 million pounds/year and with 50+ individual SKU’s.
