Daily Duties at Invista:
Championed supply chain/order fulfillment, due diligence, negotiations, supplier relations, operations, and strategic planning. Aided in capital asset transfers, production scheduling, compliance, and process development. Served as key point of contact, leading daily toll operations, including: manufacturing, quality, IT, accounting, and trading. Authored and formulated training material to benchmark antitrust issues. Instituted annual training of all employees. Key Accomplishments: • Triggered $400K in savings by identifying process improvements and leading the FDS toll agreement (INVISTA and DAK/Akra) that seamlessly eliminated high risk receivables and spread fixed costs in the manufacturing site. • Orchestrated and delivered a decision making framework (DMF) to secure management approval which outlined industry trends/issues, emerging trends, financial details and more. Generated further requests that led to a $100K increase in net income and as much as $1.5M by triggering idle capacities. • Awarded accolades for outstanding performance with a significant performance bonus.
