Manage a staff of six including one Branch Supervisor, one Account Executive and four Tellers. Provide ongoing training for staff members. Interview and qualify new hire applicants. Maintain confidential records for direct reports, over and short incidences, attendance and performance appraisals. Manage branch compliance, including community relations. Responsible for the balancing of daily transactions and maintenance of the main vault. Promote and sell alternative investment products. Seek new loan and savings business. Oversee Account Executive and Branch Supervisor with loan origination, processing loan application, opening new accounts, customer service inquiries, sale referrals and supervise teller operations.
