Provided technical assistance to rural water districts and municipalities in the State of Oklahoma. Technical assistance includes but isnot limite4d to accounting; budgeting; forecasting; troubleshooting; review of audits; reiuview of accounting/financial compliance; utility rate setting; negoating contracts and settlements; devloping policies and procedures and other accounting/financial/data analysis as required.
