Daily Duties at New Breed Logistic & Repair:
•Responsible for the management of weekly payroll for 200 hourly, salary and temporary employees including running employees times in OSIS and ADP. •Accountable for recruiting, screen applicants, testing, interviewing prospective employees and hiring employees. •Conducted new hire orientation, safety training, workers compensation, and documentation. •Advised management and warehouse staff in employees’ relation matters. •Worked with placement agency for temporary employees. •Administered medical, dental and retirement benefits. •Performed duties for Human Resources Manager in her absent. •Secretarial work for departments.
