Daily Duties at Nice Pak Industries:

Oversee efforts to identify, acquire, develop, and license consumer care product technologies. Screen and develop new product platforms, lead the Personal Care and Household Care & Innovation teams, develop and set internal testing panels, and help substantiate product claims to the FDA, EPA, and foreign governmental agencies. Serve as technical liaison between Marketing, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Consumer Relations, Advertising, Market Research, and R&D functions.  Spearheaded development and commercialization of 40 new consumer products; submitted two patent applications for innovative personal and household products.  Completed cost optimization initiatives netting $2,300,000 in annual savings; second phase of the initiatives expected to generate up to an additional $8,000,000 in savings.  Earned Outstanding Innovation Partner Awards from CVS, Target and Wal-Mart for green and sustainable chemistries; one product (currently under patent application) has cleared the final stages of the EPA’s Design for the Environment certification.  Formally commended by Nice Pak’s CEO for generating key innovations that were considered impossible to deliver given limited available resources.
