Daily Duties at M G Mini Gears:
Over saw startup of manufacturing facility, installed and trained personnel in the installation and operation of all machines needed to perform daily customer requirements in the process of making gears and pinions. Develops, directs and oversees a comprehensive program of maintenance for plant machinery, equipmentand facilities, information technology systems, workman’s comp claims, and safety and security. Facilitates all Local, State and Federal Environmental Laws and Standards for the operation of a manufacturing Plant. Hires, trains, evaluate and supervise all personnel employed to assist with these functions. Help develop warehouse database system.
