• Provided administrative support to COO including maintaining calendar, arranging travel and creating daily/ travel itineraries. • Created quarterly sales reports (Microsoft Excel) and other correspondence. • Managed and proofread open order reports and shipping reports(using SAP and Accuterm) checking for errors and preparing expense reports for COO and VP of sales. • Human resource point of contact for the COO. Coordinated and expedited all interoffice correspondence between COO and staff and maintained employee records, weekly reports and itineraries. • Performed relief duties in sales (obtaining pricing from vendors and setting prices for customers), administrative support ( providing services to the CEO ) and purchasing (obtaining pricing ,create and expedite purchase orders for material).
