■Negotiated DOL conciliation that established solutions to long-term labor/compliance issues for Fortune 200 company. ■As designated company contact for all employee/labor relation complaints, successfully resolved varied and complex legal issues resulting in improved employee morale and reduced litigation. ■Developed and executed corporate compensation programs consistent with FLSA standards, as well as DOL-compliant AAP/EEOC and absence management programs (FMLA) that improved workforce management for $12+ billion company. ■Established standardized processes and procedures guiding transformation of autonomous locations into flexible centralized infrastructure with compliant corporate governance initiatives as company grew from 6K to 45K employees. ■Designed/implemented corporate strategies that transformed, consolidated, and standardized salary payment systems and compensation/immigration practices. ■Strategically integrated and improved HR processes that were inconsistent, ineffective, or outdated as a result of previous Mergers and Acquisitions. Made significant changes in job classification, performance management and salary administration tools to better link pay with performance. ■Pioneered comprehensive Web-based job classification system providing consistency required to build a total recognition and rewards framework in global post-acquisition environment. ■Led mandatory training sessions for managers across multiple functional areas and provided a framework for collecting and documenting information in compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations. ■Slashed annual costs $1 million via $400K capital investment that implemented software automating EEO/AAP information management and strategy across 75 separate locations. ■Improved accuracy of management reporting by leading consolidation of 7 HRIS systems to a single ERP platform.
