Effective management of the teams responsible for consistently delivery of superior quality of service. • Managed all aspects of the 24X7 network and computing operations in the global corporate data center (Newark, De.) and computing operations in two regional data centers (Ponca City, Ok., and Charlotte, NC) • Played pivotal role in planning and implementation of the outsourcing of these service to Computer Sciences Corporation • Key contributor to the Corporate Disaster / Crisis Management team • Delivered against numerous value creation initiatives: o Mainframe Cray YP4 power and cooling upgrade DOS elimination IBM 3090 (MVS/CICS/IMS) to S/390 o Midrange (Digital VAX 11/780 & 785s to Digital VMS/Oracle Alpha 8420’s) o Other Disk Storage and Trax Automated Tape Storage strategy Enterprise Printing Strategy
