Led the Led the IT infrastructure Budget > $80M plus $25M of projects; ~175 direct FTE plus outsourcing and offshore contracts and support by the DuPont leveraged utility teams. • Defined & led the creation of the process, vision and plans to separate the Information and Technologies from DuPont into a stand-alone global firm in preparation for a market IPO or acquisition by an external party. • Led the $20M infrastructure (Security, Telecommunications, Mainframe, Midrange, Desktop and Messaging) “carve out” project which was a major portion of the overall $50M Separation project in the achievement of a successful Day One startup. • Led the global infrastructure teams to achieve the committed operational efficiency goals and provided operational continuity before/after separation.
