Reporting to the CIO, led IT Infrastructure team was globally diverse across >63 sites in 5 continents with >50 direct FTE & ~100 FTE in partner companies. • Consistently exceeded external benchmarks and productivity goals with the management of all IT infrastructure services including telecommunications, security, mainframe, midrange and desktop computing, messaging and collaborative services, and help desk services. • Restructured infrastructure services to integrate the 5 business units with 3X greater efficiency. • Achieved > $15M per year cost reductions with optimization while improving operational continuity. • Co-led the strategic planning and implementation of the creation of the $100M Shared Services Company across all Koch business entities. • Implemented regional outsourcing for 10,500 users in 15 countries with a global services provider and transitioned without any operational outages; savings exceeded $8M/yr on growth adjusted basis. • Created and implemented the processes to ensure compliance for software and equipment license contracts for more than 2,000 products and services globally. Achieved 99%+ accuracy in final contracts
