Daily Duties at Delphi:
Responsible for the development and launch of all passenger detection products for a 1st tier automotive system supplier representing $88M+ in revenue with capital investment of $700K. - Managed customer interface including product definition, commercial agreements, and delivery requirements. - Led a team of engineering, PCL, Commercial, Operations, Plant Readiness, and Purchasing disciplines to deliver complete system solutions, as well as successfully managed a supplier of major system component. - Ensured the successful production launch of 15 new products within a 2-year window. - Received the “Flawless Launch Award” (2003, 2005) for successfully achieving project metrics. - Realized product cost savings of $513,000 and identified an additional $4,250,000 of potential savings.
