Daily Duties at Delphi:

Led team of cross competency experts in definition and roll-out and deployment of enterprise wide risk management process. - Collaborated with the internal support group to enhance the commercial Program Management Information System to support the launch of a divisional risk management initiative. - Facilitated the development/deployment of a web-based process training course. - Developed training materials and job aids to train and equip risk management workshop facilitators. - Organized and executed the training strategy of risk management workshop facilitators. - Trained project teams in the use of risk identification workshops and risk management toolsets. - Led the development of a $200K risk management enterprise tool including the design of a road map for tool strategy for deployment, the delivery of complete requirements requiring stakeholder review and buy-off, and the coordination of internal IT and contracted development resources to implement solutions.
