Daily Duties at Life Time Fitness:
Quality Assurance Manager/Corporate Screening Lead/Staff Manager Establish and implement best in class QA delivery services for Corporate, Retail and LifeLab, Total Health Division.ยง Train, implement and manage site Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA standards, CLSI standards, and HIPAA standards. Hire, train and manage all wellness staff, nationwide, on processes and procedures used in the field. Also provides technical support as needed. Act as Screening Lead for Corporate Wellness events, nationwide, to include plan, organize and coordinate all aspects of the event from beginning to end. Specifically, screen and train local temporary staff, communicate with the customer, implement and oversight of the actual wellness event, and performs phlebotomy, problem solves and acts as registrar. On site local club Phlebotomy Technician to include travel to each club, collecting biometric data and blood samples, and constant contact with each site. Customer service and problem solving for customers, members and clients. Established training methodology and wrote training manuals to represent all of the different business areas and types of screenings. Also co-wrote the SOP for the whole program and sole author of an Influenza Vaccine SOP.
