Daily Duties at Comcast Comm:
Collaborated with field technicians to provide dial tones for customers on CDV and HSI modems. Responded to inbound calls to troubleshoot service issues for field technicians. Reset or pinged modems in Auspice, checked levels, added or deleted features from switches, and built numbers in Safari View Switch. Used IP Unity to build, add, or delete VM boxes as well as to reset passwords for VM or HSI. Employed BACC GUI to provision HSI and CVM as well as to set up Internet access and user names or passwords. Checked in orders after building numbers in switch in an ETS (Oracle) system. Ported numbers over. Worked trouble tickets in different markets to resolve customers’ CDV problems
