Prepared and uploaded documentation to Customer Care Operations Knowledge Management System (KMS) to resolve internal and external client issues. Managed KMS feedback and suggestion mailbox. reviewing emails, and passing on the appropriate information to the Instructional Designer to make changes. Updated KMS with current and accurate information. Documented internal processes and procedures.
